How do I get TradeGecko to send Shipping Notification Emails?

Problem

After orders have shipped and Extensiv Integration Manager sends tracking to TradeGecko, no email gets sent to the customer

Solution

TradeGecko does not send automatic shipping confirmation emails. Emails must either be sent by the system doing the shipping or by the original order source or shopping cart.

Many order sources will automatically send out a shipment email when tracking is added. For order sources where the email is optional (eg. Shopify), to have TradeGecko request the original order source send out an email go to the connection in your TradeGecko account and select "Send automatic shipping emails."
