Why Do My TradeGecko Orders Have A Crossed Out Line?

Where is there a crossed out line on my TradeGecko orders which lists the shipping option or other service item?
Solution
TradeGecko treats shipping information as a line item on the order. In order for Extensiv Integration Manager to properly close the order after you have shipped it, we need to store that special shipping line item. It is crossed out to signify that that line will not load as an item into your warehouse. All appropriate shipping information will be placed in your standard shipping fields just like any other shopping cart. Integration Manager handles that automatically.
You may also see this same behavior with other "virtual" items on your TradeGecko orders (like downloadables) since they do not need to be shipped by the warehouse.
