Shopify Products say: Unavailable on Extensiv Integration Manager
Problem
On the Product list of your Shopify account, some or all products have the phrase "Unavailable on Extensiv Integration Manager" under the product name.
Solution
This is caused when someone or some Shopify app removes products from the Integration Manager Sales Channel in Shopify. To add the product back so that Integration Manager can continue to sync inventory and load orders for that product do the following:
- Select the product
- In the upper right next to Sales channels click Manage
- Select Integration Manager or any other channel that should be enabled and click Done
- Repeat for all affected products
