Orders Are Loading Into TradeGecko Without Ship Methods
Problem
Orders are loading into Tradegecko without any ship method set.
Solution
For each Cart you have set up, there is a setting that defines whether or not Extensiv Integration Manager should send the ship code to TradeGecko if the shipping cost is $0. To change this setting:
- Go to the Carts tab in Integration Manager
- Select your shopping cart
- Select Edit Setup
- Find the setting: Send $0 Ship Code
- Turn this on to have Integration Manager always send the ship code regardless of shipping cost.
