Supported functions

  • Order Download
  • Inventory Sync
  • Shipment Confirmation - Detailed
  • Canceled/Voided Order Download
  • Purchase Order Download
  • Purchase Order Receiving Upload

Workflow

  1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves new sales orders and purchase orders from TradeGecko
  2. Integration Manager delivers sales orders and purchase orders to WMS/OMS (Note: Your WMS must also support this function)
  3. Integration Manager retrieves shipment tracking, inventory levels, and purchase order receiving details from WMS/OMS (Note: Your WMS must also support this function)
  4. Integration Manager delivers shipment tracking, inventory levels, and purchase order receiving details to TradeGecko

Required Parameters

Credentials from TradeGecko that are needed to complete the connection in Integration Manager. The setup guide will explain more details.

  • TradeGecko Account Username
  • TradeGecko Account Password
  • Location ID

Important Integration Notes

Before setting up this connection to TradeGecko, please review these important notes to ensure the integration is successful:


Minimum Version
If you do not have the TradeGecko Business Plan or higher, you must request API access enabled from TradeGecko support.
Multiple Connection Notice
  1. Integration Manager will be given the same permissions as the user you perform the connection with. If the user does not have permissions to update inventory, Integration Manager will not be able to either.
  2. You cannot use the same TradeGecko user to connect Integration Manager to the same account multiples times. If you need to do this, you must use a different TradeGecko user for each connection.  If you do not do this, your connection will stop working after 1 hour. This is a limitation within TradeGecko.
