NetSuite - You must have at least one valid line item for this transaction

Review these options below if you are receiving the following message in Extensiv Integration Manager when Integration Manager attempts to send tracking data back to NetSuite:
You must have at least one valid line item for this transaction

Resolution

This error means that NetSuite will not allow us to mark the items on this order as shipped. The most common reasons for this are:

  1. Item is Out of Stock. If there is no inventory for an item, NetSuite will not let you mark the item as shipped. You must add inventory for the item in question.
  2. Order already has a conflicting ItemFulfillment record on it in NetSuite preventing us from creating a new one. Ideally you should not create an ItemFulfillment record, and let Integration Manager do so.
  3. Item belongs to a different subsidiary. If you have multiple subsidiaries in NetSuite, make sure the items from this order are in the same one Integration Manager is connected to.
