Workflow

  1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves new orders from each order source
  2. Integration Manager delivers orders to NetSuite
  3. Integration Manager retrieves shipment tracking and inventory levels from NetSuite
  4. Integration Manager delivers shipment tracking and inventory levels to each order source

Required Parameters

Credentials from NetSuite that are needed to setup this connection in Integration Manager. The setup guide will explain further instructions.

  • NetSuite User Email
  • NetSuite User Password
  • Account ID
  • Role ID
  • Application ID

Before setting up this connection to NetSuite, please review these important notes to ensure the integration is successful:

Important
NetSuite is a large and complex system. You are expected to know or have IT contacts who know how to use and configure your NetSuite account properly as Integration Manager cannot provide detailed support on the specifics of your NetSuite account configuration.
Integration Manager connects to NetSuite using SuiteTalk. You can use any Netsuite plan that includes SuiteTalk.
