NetSuite - Only one request may be made against a session at a time

Review these options if you are receiving the following message in Extensiv Integration Manager for one or more of your scheduled services:
Only one request may be made against a session at a time

Resolution

By default, NetSuite only allows a single connection per user at a time. This error means that multiple Integration Manager services are attempting to access NetSuite at the same time. There are a few options to resolve this:
  1. Contact NetSuite sales to purchase a concurrent connection license which allows for multiple connections at once.
  2. Change your schedules within the Integration Manager NetSuite settings. Use a different schedule for Orders, Confirmations, and Inventory. Alternative change from an hourly to a per-minute schedule for a few minutes and then change back. This will cause Integration Manager to choose a new time to run the job which might not conflict with the other jobs.
  3. Make sure you aren't using the same user for other automation jobs. If you are, change one of the services to use a different user account.
    1. You can check this in SalesForce under Setup > integration > Web Services Usage Log and Web Services Process Status. Here you can see logs of all connections to help identify simultaneous connection requests.
