Problem:

Inventory update failed for SKU: xxxx-xxx with NetSuite internal id: xxx
Failure Status Code: USER_ERROR
Failure Message: Please enter value(s) for: IA Memo

Solution:

There is an option inside Netsuite to “require” an inventory adjustment memo.

Uncheck this box.
