Unable to find or create Customer Record in Zoho for order xxxxxxx. Please review this customer record in Zoho.
Zoho error message: The customer "John Smith" already exists. Please specify a different name.
Solution:
Inside Zoho, click on:
Preferences -> Customers and Vendors -> click on checkbox
'Allow duplicates for customers and vendors display name'
