Error sending orders to Zoho Inventory
Problem:
Zoho Inventory tossing this alert
Error message: The Customer is inactive. Please enter an active Customer.
Solution:
This means the customer on the order already exists in Zoho, but the record is
inactive.
To solve:
a) Mark the customer as active inside Zoho
b) Delete the customer inside Zoho.
To mark the customer active inside Zoho, click on:
Customers -> Search for the customer associated with the Order tossing the error -> Select the particular customer -> Mark as
Active (or Delete)
