StitchLabs Orders Not Loading

Problem

Some orders in StitchLabs are not loading into Extensiv Integration Manager. 

Solution

Integration Manager cannot load orders unless StitchLabs releases orders to us. If an order is not released to Integration Manager, it is possible that:

  1. The order does not meet the Order Fulfillment Criteria. Details: https://support.stitchlabs.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2872875-order-fulfillment-criteria
  2. Some order line items do not have enough inventory for StitchLabs to release the order. 
  3. The default Channel Fulfillment Warehouse is not set to Integration Manager 3PL. Details: https://support.stitchlabs.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2611250-third-party-fulfillment
  4. The Channel Fulfillment Settings is set to Do Not Automatically Fulfill Orders. In order to release orders automatically, please set it to Fulfill My Orders Automatically If Possible.
