Linking Products & Inventory in Stitch Labs
Extensiv Integration Manager will load the list of products from your WMS connection into Stitch Labs. These entries need to be linked to listings in your Stitch Labs account before inventory will sync or orders will flow through.
Step-by-step guide
- You can link your items to the product/variant in Stitch Labs by going to Integrations → Listings.
- To link an unlinked item, click on it, then click Fix Unlinked Listing. Search for an existing SKU or item name, or select to create a brand new variant in Stitch.
- After items are linked to Stitch Labs products properly, the Linked to Stitch Variant column will display the linked item:
- Normally it takes Stitch Labs a few minutes to fully sync products after you do this. After this you can go to the Variants page to check if the item inventory has been updated or not.
- If item stock and available quantities are still 0, please contact Stitch Labs support to enable Pushing Up Stock Quantities On Sync.
