Inventory Sync Mode
Defines how Extensiv Integration Manager should assign inventory levels.
i.e. assign by Sales Channel or by warehouse.

Subtract Locked Quantity
Tells Integration Manager whether they should subtract the "Locked Quantity" sent by Order Manager, from the "On Hand Quantity" for inventory.

Tells Integration Manager to ignore or download products flagged as "Inactive" in Order Manager.

Shipment Settings

Split Order Handling
Defines how Integration Manager treats split orders.

If "Immediately Send" is selected then Integration Manager will return shipping information to the cart as soon as a shipment is processed from Order Manager.

If "Wait for All Records" is selected then Integration Manager will wait until all related order components have been shown as shipped by Order Manager. This should only be selected if orders are being split in the Order Manager system.

Note: Not all shopping carts will accept multiple shipping records for single orders.

If Order Manager returns a value of "OTHER_CARRIER" in the shipment record, should Integration Manager attempt to load Carrier info from elsewhere? Integration Manager uses two methods to load this information.

  1.  Attempt to detect carrier type by tracking number. Currently we support: Dynamex, Intelcom, Amazon Logistics and Purolator.

  2. Load the carrier from a custom field defined in the cart settings.
