Step-by-step guide

VIDEO TUTORIAL

  1. On the TradeGecko Setup page (Carts tab), click the Grant Us API Access button.
    1. If you don't have login access yourself, Instead click Share Setup Link, enter the client's email and click Save. They will receive a setup email. Instructions for client to follow: Cart Setup Share
  2. A new window will open containing the TradeGecko log-in screen. Log in and follow the dialogue to authorize Extensiv Integration Manager to act on behalf of your TradeGecko account. When complete, return to the Integration Manager window and it will let you know if the authorization was successful.
  3. Fill out the rest of the setting on the page and click "OK." You can also click "Test" first to verify that everything is correct.

Cart Settings

Required Location ID

This optional setting allows you to pull only orders meant for a specific Location in TradeGecko. To find your desired Location ID, browse Settings > Company Details. Click the Locations tab and then click the desired location.


The Location ID will be displayed in the URL bar.
