Setting Up Shipedge

Required Parameters

  2. API Key

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to your Shipedge account
  2. Browse to My Account > Preferences > Channel Automation
  3. Scroll to Extensiv Integration Manager on the list and select it.
  4. Choose any name you would like for the Store name and click Add new store
  5. Enter your Integration Manager API User and API Key
    1. In Integration Manager browse to the WMS Setup Tab, select Shipedge, and click Test WMS Connection to get these credentials.
  6. Enable the features you will be using:
    1. Orders - download orders from Integration Manager into Shipedge
    2. Update Tracking Number - Pass back tracking to Integration Manager
    3. Sync SKUs and Synsets - Pass inventory levels to Integration Manager
  7. Click Save configuration
  8. Clicking Get orders! will download orders from Integration Manager immediately and verify that your connection is working.
