Setting Up ShipStation WMS



Integration Specs:

  • Supported functions:
    • Order Send
    • Cancel Order in WMS
    • Shipment Confirmation Pickup - Detailed
  • Required Parameters
    • Shipstation Username & Password

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Extensiv Integration Manager and login to your account.
  2. Click on the WMS Setup tab.
  3. Click Change WMS and Select ShipStation
  4. Click the Test WMS Connection button and you will see your URL, API User and API Key.
    1. Note: For Warehouse level accounts, the Test needs to be performed on the Merchant level. This allows for a separate ShipStation Store connection per merchant.


  5. Go to https://ss.shipstation.com/, login to your account
  6. Go to Account Settings (wrench icon in upper right)

  7. Select Selling Channels > Store Setup from the menu on the left.

  8. Click + Connect a Store or Marketplace

  9. Select the Custom Store option (Enter Custom in the search box to find it more easily)

  10. Fill in fields as shown in the picture below:

Be sure to click Save in Integration Manager to save the connection.
