Missing Outlet Address in Vend
Problem
Extensiv Integration Manager isn't pulling orders from Vend and Integration Manager shows the following alert:
Could not pull order data because the outlet in Vend is missing an address. Please add the outlet address in Vend.
Solution
You need to add addresses in your Vend account for each of your Outlets. Once done, Integration Manager will start pulling orders.
- In Vend, go to Setup > Outlets and Registers. Click Edit Outlet and add the physical address. Repeat this for all your Vend outlets.
