Faire shipping confirmations are being rejected

Problem:

Faire is rejecting confirmations and tossing this error alert inside of CartRover


"Cannot edit SWF shipments






What this error means:

There is a 'Ship With Faire' shipping method that can be selected when manually fulfilling an order inside the Faire portal.
When the 'Ship With Faire' method is selected, CartRover won't be able to update shipping information for an order that is already marked as 'Shipped' inside of Faire.



How to Stop Alert:

1. Cancel Sending Tracking for the affected order

Inside CartRover, click on the order tossing the alert.

Actions Menu -> To Cart -> Cancel Sending Tracking




After performing this step, the 'Shipping Sent to Cart' field will update from 'No' to 'Canceled' (after refreshing page).

2. Dismiss any Active alerts


a) Under the Alerts tab (top left corner), search for any active alerts tossing this error code



b) Dismiss the alerts
