Workflow

  1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves new orders from each order source
  2. Integration Manager delivers orders to Zoho Inventory
  3. Integration Manager retrieves shipment tracking and inventory levels from Zoho Inventory
  4. Integration Manager delivers shipment tracking and inventory levels to each order source

Required Parameters

Credentials from Zoho that are needed to setup this connection in Integration Manager. The setup guide will explain further instructions.

Important Integration Notes

Before setting up this connection to Zoho Inventory, please review these important notes to ensure the integration is successful:


You Must Enable Multi-Warehouses Mode
Even if you only plan to use a single warehouse in Zoho Inventory, you must enable the multi-warehouse functionality in order for inventory syncing to work. To do this:
  1. Go to the Zoho Inventory Settings
  2. Select Warehouses
  3. Click the Enable Multiwarehouse button.
  4. You're done!
