Vend Stock Adjustment Sync (Beta)
Extensiv Integration Manager is capable of syncing Stock Adjustments from your Vend Store to your WMS/OMS. Your WMS/OMS must support Stock Adjustment Sync with Integration Manager.
Timing
- Real-time Request(Webhook): If your stock adjustment is performed via Order Stock or Inventory Count, item adjustments will be pushed to your WMS/OMS instantly.
- Scripts Searching: Integration Manager will automatically check Order Stock, Return Stock, Transfer Stock, and Inventory Count every time when Cart Order Download or Cart Inventory Sync runs.
Vend Stock Control/Consignments
- Order Stock: Perform stock adjustment in Vend. It will show up as Stocktake in your OMS/WMS. It must have 'RECEIVED' status.
- Inventory Count: Perform stock adjustment in Vend. It will show up as Stocktake in your OMS/WMS. It must have 'SENT' status.
- Transfer Stock: Transfer products between outlets. It will show up as Stock Transfers in your OMS/WMS. It must have 'SENT' or 'RECEIVED' status.
- Inventory Count: It is used to maintain inventory accuracy. Integration Manager will calculate adjusted quantity and push to your OMS/WMS as Stocktake. It must have 'COMPLETED' status.
Requirements
The following fields on the Cart Edit Setup page must be set:
- Outlet Name (Integration Manager will pick up Stock Adjustment from this outlet)
- Send Stock Adjustment To WMS (Yes)
- Sync Inventory With Warehouse (Integration Manager will push Stock Adjustment to the selected location in your OMS/WMS)
- Click on the Test button to initialize Stock Adjustment Webhook.
Syncing Rules
- If your Order Stock or Inventory Count come into Integration Manager as Real-time Request, Integration Manager will send over ONE Stocktake to your OMS/WMS PER ITEM (because Vend sends us ONE item PER Real-time Request).
- For example, if you make an Order Stock CAR-25 (Item1 with quantity 60 & Item2 with quantity 50) in Vend, they will show up in your OMS/WMS as the following:
- If your Order Stock or Inventory Count is found via Scripts Searching, Integration Manager will not split Stocktake by item.
