Note: Office Depot doesn't support inventory sync

Step-by-Step guide

1. First select the appropriate WMS.
WMS Setup > Change WMS > select Office Depot > click save



2. Then set the API KEY under the Merchant > Edit Setup.

If you want to test with the Office Depot sandbox then change "Enable test mode" to "YES"
Once all the parameters are filled click on "TEST WMS Connection" to make sure the connection is successful.
Be sure to click save when done


Workflow

  1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves new orders from merchant's connected shopping carts.
  2. Integration Manager delivers the orders to Office Depot.
  3. Office Depot sends an order acknowledgement through webhooks to Integration Manager.
  4. Office Depot then sends shipment information for the order through webhooks to Integration Manager.
  5. Integration Manager pushes shipments to merchant's connected shopping carts.
