Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Contact Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager support (support@3plcentral.com) and ask for the following information (can take 1-2 business days):

Will you please provide us REST API credentials for the following client(s):

<Client Name>

API credentials needed:

  • Customer ID
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

Permissions required:

  • orders - read/write
  • items - read
  • inventory - read
  • customers - read

Step 2: In 3PL Warehouse Manager under Customer > Customer users, copy your 3PL Warehouse Manager User Name and Password. 

Step 3: In CartRover, go to the Merchant tab > click Edit Setup > enter the credentials from Step 1 and 2 on this page.
