Setting Up Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager

Integration Specs:

CartRover uses the new 3PL Warehouse Manager REST API. The warehouse must first contact  support@3plcentral.com and request access to their REST API.

Step-by-step guide

1. In the CartRover WMS Setup tab, make sure 3PL Warehouse Manager is selected as your WMS.
   
2. If the warehouse has not already done so, they must first contact support@3plcentral.com and request access to their REST API with the following permissions.
   
3. For each client/merchant, the warehouse must contact 3PL Warehouse Manager support (support@3plcentral.com) and ask for the following information (can take 1-2 business days):
   

Can you please provide us Customer level REST API credentials for the following client(s):

Client Name
API credentials needed:
• Customer ID
  
• Client ID
  
• Client Secret
  
• TPL
  
Permissions required:

• orders - read/write
  
• items - read
  
• inventory - read
  
• customers - read
4. The credentials guide below explains how to find the remaining credentials and where to enter them in CartRover.

Warehouse Name	Once logged in to 3PL Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Name will be in the top right corner next to the current customer		WMS Setup tab
3PL Key/GUID "TPL"	This is the long string in brackets that is at the end of your 3PL Warehouse Manager login URL. For example: http://secure-wms.com/PresentationTier/LoginForm.aspx?3pl={289afd0b-oe37-7987-b5ad-f0a5eb3a1b41}	289afd0b-oe37-7987-b5ad-f0a5eb3a1b41	WMS Setup tab
3PL Facility ID	Found in 3PL Warehouse Manager under Admin > Manage Warehouses. The first column on the facilities grid is the ID for the corresponding warehouse.	1	WMS Setup tab
