Performing tests inside CommerceHub Testing Portal
Step 1: Search for the PO number
Step 2: Click on the Action to be taken
Step 3: Perform the necessary actions
In the screenshot above, the client needed to
1) Cancel 1 item (out of the 3 ordered)
2) Choose a Cancellation Reason. You can select whatever.
3) Click on submit
Note:
Do not close the orders out. This will be accomplished when Extensiv Integration Manager returns a confirmation and invoice file (if needed)
