Loading Product Aliases from SphereWMS

To load Alias information from Sphere into Extensiv Integration Manager follow these directions:

1. Go to the Merchant settings in Integration Manager and enable the Download Product Aliases option.
2. Make sure that Inventory is enabled on this screen as well.
3. The next time an inventory sync is run, alias data will be downloaded.

UPC Only

The only alias code provided by Sphere WMS is the UPC code. If you need additional alias types for your order source, you must set these up manually in the Integration Manager Products section.
