Joor Integration Overview

Workflow

1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves new orders from Joor
   
2. Integration Manager delivers orders and their associated customers to WMS/OMS
   
3. Integration Manager retrieves inventory levels and product details from WMS/OMS (Note: product detail update must also be supported in Integration Manager by your WMS/OMS for this to work.)
   
4. Integration Manager delivers inventory levels and product details to Joor. 
   

Required Parameters

Credentials from Joor that need to be entered in Integration Manager. The setup guide will explain how to obtain these:

Important Integration Notes

Before setting up this connection to Joor, please review these important notes to ensure the integration is successful:

• If syncing Product data to joor, please read: Joor Product Sync
  
• Once an order has synced from Joor to your OMS/WMS, future order updates made in Joor will not update in the OMS/WMS automatically.
