How do I search for an order's "Sales Record Number" in Ebay?

Answer

Ebay has numerous ways of identifying orders: Order Number, Sales Record Number, and Customer PO Number. Extensiv Integration Manager primarily displays the Sales Record Number.

To find this number:
  1. Login to Ebay
  2. Click All Orders in the left menu
  3. For one of your orders, Click on the 12-digit number (xx-xxxxx-xxxxx) to open the order.
  4. You will find Sales Record Number in the Purchase details section of the page.
