Error uploading orders to InfoPlus: Operation timed out
Problem
Extensiv Integration Manager reports that an order failed to load into InfoPlus with the following error:

Solution
This error occurs if the InfoPlus server is too busy to load orders at the moment. This should be a rare occurrence. If you see this issue, please reach out to InfoPlus and report it to them.
The side effect of this issue is that because InfoPlus did not properly respond to Integration Manager sending the order to them, we do not know the InfoPlus Order ID. Without the InfoPlus Order ID, Integration Manager can not load tracking information for the affected order. You will need to manually report back tracking to your order source for this order's shipment.
