DSCO Integration Overview

Support Functions

  1. Order Download
  2. Order Acknowledgement (batch)
  3. Order Cancellation Download
  4. Shipment Confirmation – Detailed (batch)
  5. Inventory Sync (batch)
  6. Invoice (batch)

Workflow

  1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves orders from DSCO and returns an Acknowledgement
  2. Integration Manager delivers orders to WMS/OMS
  3. Integration Manager retrieves shipment tracking and inventory levels from WMS/OMS
  4. Integration Manager delivers shipment tracking, invoice data and inventory level to DSCO

Required Parameters

  1. DSCO clientId
  2. DSCO clientSecret

Important Notes

Inventory – Currently DSCO’s API does not allow creating products by API. Products will need to be manually uploaded to DSCO before Integration Manager can update product stock or quantity levels.
