Cin7 Integration Overview - Order Destination

Workflow

  1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves new orders from the merchant's connected shopping carts.
  2. Integration Manager delivers the orders to Cin7.
  3. Integration Manager retrieves inventory levels and shipments from Cin7.
  4. Integration Manager pushes inventory levels and shipments to the connected shopping carts.

Known Issue

The tax is being passed via API but won't be displayed on the Cin7 UI. The Cin7 UI will only display tax when the invoice has been generated.
