1 | Could not upload tracking information | Could not upload tracking info to Amazon for order: XXX-YYYYYYY-ZZZZ Amazon said: The items in your order cannot be found using order ID XXX-YYYYYYY-ZZZZ | This likely means the order was deleted or cancelled in Amazon. Check your Amazon account for this order ID to verify its status. Extensiv Integration Manager cannot send tracking data to Amazon for deleted or cancelled orders. |
2 | Could not upload tracking information Could not upload inventory information | Request is throttled You exceeded your quota of 30.0 requests per 1 hour for operation Feeds/2009-01-01/SubmitFeed. Your quota will reset on... | You are performing your inventory sync with Amazon too frequently. Syncing more than once per hour may use up all your quota and end up blocking your tracking upload as well. Users with many thousands of products on Amazon may need to sync even less frequently than once per hour. Contact Integration Manager support if you have a large SKU count and are having issues with the Amazon inventory sync. |
3 | Error Pulling Orders Could not upload tracking information | AuthToken is not valid for SellerId and AWSAccountId. | Amazon requires merchants to confirm all apps connected to their account on a regular basis. Amazon will send out emails to the merchant to confirm this. If the user does not re-confirm access, or clicks to deny access then the connection to Integration Manager is broken. This is a security feature in Amazon. To fix this, you either need to login to Amazon and re-confirm the Integration Manager app in your account, or start the connection process over from scratch in Integration Manager. |
